Orlistat.

As for L-carnitine, it is a nutritional supplement and an auxiliary enzyme that burns fat. Which can promote the oxidation and decomposition of fat into the mitochondria. In vernacular, it is similar to the vitamin melatonin. As long as your body is healthy, the L-carnitine secreted in your body is already sufficient. And there no need to take extra intake. Even if it ingested extra, it will eventually be excreted by the body as waste. However, if you exercise a lot during weight loss. You can take extra L-carnitine to help your body burn fat better. Enzymes.
